Shipping and Delivery
All orders are downloaded, processed, picked and packed, and made ready for delivery by the next working day after the order is received. If you order by 9am, it may be processed on the same day.
We have a few shipping methods depending on location.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates start from a flat rate of RM5.99 for West Malaysia, and RM15.90 for East Malaysia. That varies based on quantity and/or larger packages.
- Pick up service is available for residents of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor from our warehouse address in Petaling Jaya free of charge.
- Singapore delivery service is available direct from the e-commerce check-out page. Other locations please contact us through our contact form or whatsapp to get direct quote and manual order processing.

Received those two weeks ago. So far so good. Gold band is a bit of a challenge, but that’s the point lah!

First band ordered was lost in shipping. They replaced the band but only after two weeks of waiting. Band is good but i shouldnt have had to wait this long.

We’re sorry you had to wait for a long time until the replacement was approved and sent. Due to the way couriers manage their logistics, they did not confirm that the package was lost and we couldn’t act on it until tracking showed 7 days with no updates. Sometimes couriers will lose track of a package and then re-establish tracking and end up delivering otherwise. Some companies have a rule of waiting for 30 days before replacing or refunding. We hope for your understanding and have already sent a discount voucher to your email for the inconvenience. We hope you accept our apology and our commitment to try and improve delivery service.
